New diaper cakes!!

It's been a while since I have posted anything!! Just thought I would add some new cakes that I recently made.

The first cake is a cloth diaper cake! The cake portion is made of 14 cloth diapers and topped with a teddy bear blankie and a pink cloth diaper with an "E" on top.

The second cake was made for a shower that was trying to have a more "Sex in the City" vibe. I used the pattern and colors of some of the other decorations that they were already going to use. The "J" has a hook hidden in the diapers and can be attached to to wall to hang a hat, jacket, decoration, etc.  The top had pearl accents as well. $55

Pacifier clips!

I finally got the clips in for the pacifier clips so I have been working on those (as well as all of those bows!). Here are a few that I am working on. I still have a few more styles, but I haven't been able to get to those yet! Pacifier clips are $3.75 a piece.

Preparation for the British Chick launch party!!

I have been working on bows, pacifier clips and diaper cake decorations every night...a bit too late every night I might add. One more week and I think I may get a break though! Anyways, here are some of the bows that I have been working on...MANY more to come!

More bows!!

As you may have noticed, I have been posting quite a few bows in the past few days (and will continue for a little while). I am preparing for a launch party for a friend of mine where I will be selling bows, pacifier clips (which will also be posted soon) and diaper cakes. Since I don't even start on my projects until after I have put my daughter down, I haven't gone to bed before midnight once this week! If you are interested in purchasing any of the bows that I have been posting, or would like a variation of the bows that I have posted, send me an email and place your order!

Tonight I painted some pieces for a diaper cake I will be showing at the party. I also began the process of making several corkscrew bows and managed to make 3 boutique bows!! Busy me!! Anyways, here are the 3 bows I made tonight!

This bow is a medium bright lime green, hot pink and yellow bow. $6.00

This is a single stack large bow. The edges are wired, which makes shaping the bow easier. $4.50

Lastly, this is a large light blue and white stacked bow. $6.50

Here are a couple of bows that I recently completed. They can be made in other colors. If you want the bow to match an outfit, simply email me a picture at LittleBirdiesBoutique@yahoo.com, and I will customize it to match! You can also chose to have a knot or simple wrap in the center of the bow instead of the flower. The top bow is $6.50 and the second bow is $6.00.

Headbands and clips for bows

When an order for bows is placed, I need to know what type of clip or what color and size of headband you would like to use. All headbands will have ribbon added to them so that bows can be interchangeable. Headbands are all $2.00 a piece. If you would like to order headbands separately, just let me know!!

These clips are all included in the price of the bow. The most popular are the top two and the alligator clip with teeth. 

I currently have 14 colors of 1.5" embroidered head bands (pink, bubblegum, hot pink, red, orange, yellow, lime, green, sky blue turquoise, blue, purple, white, tan and chocolate). Again, ribbon will be added to the headband at the time of the order so that bows can be interchangeable unless you specifically request for the ribbon to not be added.

I currently only have 4 colors of the 1" embroidered headbands (pink, bubblegum, hot pink and red).

Cowboy diaper cake...CUTE!! :)

I made this diaper cake for a really good friend who had a cowboy theme to her little boy's bedroom. It is simple, but so adorable!! The rope was tied into square knots, which added so much to the look of the cake!

I love this diaper cake design!! It is super chic and fun...plus the bow on top is removable so that it can be used for the new baby girl once she is born!! I will be posting a matching pacifier clip that can be added soon as well!!

Other styles of bows

Here are examples of other types of bows that I make!

This is a "Cheer Bow". These are great for older girls that tend to have more hair than infants (well at least my infant doesn't have much hair :)...lol). They are super cute with pony tails or with hair partially
 pulled up.

This next bow is what I call a "Button Bow". It is a newer style that I am trying out! Other accessories can be placed in the middle of the bow other than a rhinestone such as an actual button or a craft button!

These can of course be made in any color that you would like!

Corkscrew bows!!

Corkscrew bows are fun and different than every other bow you see in stores. You can order just the corkscrew bow itself or you can add flower petals and a rhinestone to the bow. Just like all of my other bows, you can order these in any color combination you would like, or if you would like I can come up with a combination for you!
